Understanding the relationships between Frank Biden, Charles Barnett, Thomas Howarth, a professional F1 driver and two Italian Royal Families and their connections to the businesses of Epstein’s executor and right-hand man; Darren Indyke.

Who is Darren Indyke? 

Darren Indyke is a lawyer by trade; he is implicated as a “captain” alongside Richard Khan in Jeffrey Epstein's child sex trafficking blackmail operation. This Law and Crime article references a Virgin Islands court case transcript charging Indyke and Khan as “indispensable captains” of Epstein and Maxwell’s child sex trafficking ring.  

The personal lawyer of Darren Indyke is Jeffrey Schantz

Darren Indyke was named in Jeffrey Epstein's Will as a primary executor (along with Richard Khan and Harvard eugenicist/geneticist Boris Nikolic). 

A business named 124 Parc Monceau LLC is listed as being located at 6030 Le Lac Road, Boca Raton. Indyke’s law firm (Birch Tree) is listed as being located at this same address. Darren K. Indyke is also listed as the manager of 124 Monceau LLC.

Further analyzing Indyke's corporate relationships helps to paint a picture of the individuals that have maintained a relationship with Indyke and possibly with Epstein.

Who is Charles D. Barnett?

Charles Barnett is listed as the active President of Barnett Capital and the president of 124 Parc Monceau LLC alongside Darren Indyke. Barnett Capital invests in multiple asset classes, prioritizing in real estate ownership, lease and resale.

He also participates as a board member/director for companies operating in education, real estate development, emerging technology, basic financial services and fund management. 

The Barnett Capital Group is a Texas- based business brokerage and intermediary firm specializing in the sale of real estate for charter schools and childcare centers. It’s especially concerning that someone who works in education would maintain a relationship with Darren Indyke.

Charles D. Barnett served on the board of Mavericks in Education LLC with none other than Frank W. Biden; bother of current president Joe Biden. Corporation Wiki demonstrates that Charles D. Barnett currently continues to hold active positions at 6 other companies (involved with education, real estate and technology).

Barnett's work history is especially interesting:

• Secretary at France Development & Investments Corporation 

• Treasurer at Advanced World Technologies

• Former Treasurer and Director of Helicopter Flights Publishing:

This company is intriguing, A Helicopter Flight Publishing company. This writer is unsure why a helicopter flight company would require a separate publishing entity. Also listed under this group of brands is Heliport Development Corporation. It is of note that Epstein built a heliport (among other structures such as a temple) on his private island; seen in this video. 

Each “Helicopter Flight” company is located at 440 Royal Palm Way: the same address as UBS financial services and Northern Trust Company in West Palm Beach. Bloomberg Quint released an article confirming that Epstein had an account with Northern Trust Company. Epstein also managed money and assets through several business entities with Silicon Valley Bank, Wells Fargo, Citibank, Fidelity, Charles Schwab, UBS, Leumi Bank, J.P Morgan and Barclays. Virgin Islands investigators sent subpoena requests targeting banks involved with over two dozen partnerships, nonprofits and other entities linked to Epstein.

Who Is Jean And Francious De Le Moussaye?

Francious/Francine De Le Moussaye is listed as a director of Heliport Development Corporation. Francious is the wife of Jean De Le Moussaye. Jean is a Prince/Count from an Italian royal family; maintained as noble (of ancient origin) in 1669.

Jean De La Moussaye and Thomas H. Howarth worked out of the same building: 3867 Southern Blvd, West Palm Beach 

Mentioned in a Sun Sentinel article below; Jean is a French "Count" and Francine is described as "Palm Beach Socialite Wife" Francine. Both Epstein and Ghislaine were known as active “socialites” in Palm Beach.

Jean De Le Moussaye is a French prince/count that had an illustrious Formula 1 racing career. It’s important to keep in mind that Ghislaine Maxwell’s assistant Sarah Kellen was married to Brian Vickers (of Nascar Racing fame).

LM Racing, Inc is owned by Jean De La Moussaye; located at the same address as UBS Financial and Northern Trust Company. 440 Royal Palm Way, Palm Beach, Florida.

Jean is listed on the Board of the Heliport Development Company 

Michael De Bourbon is registered at 496 N Lake Way, Palm Beach, Florida as his place of business.

Who is Thomas Howarth?

Thomas H. Howarth is listed as the president of the entire “Helicopter Flights” business network; including the particularly strange named “Helicopter Flights Publishing” company listing.

Thomas Howarth’s Obituary reveals illuminating details. Extensive background checks suggest this individual (similar to Epstein) belonged to intelligence.

His full obituary has been summarized to illustrate how influential Mr. Howarth was in the industries of energy production (coal industry), Finance (CPA and Loan Board roles), Government, legal (U.S Select Committee of Assassinations) and long time participation in religious treasury management and fraternal organizations (otherwise referenced as “secret” societies):

“Mr. Howarth was born in England in 1921, migrating to Springfield, Mass. with his family in 1926. He attended the Springfield public schools and after graduation in 1939 worked for the Springfield National Bank before serving with the U.S. Navy during World War II. Attended Benjamin Franklin University in Washington, D.C. receiving his master’s degree in 1947 and his CPA certificate in 1948.”

1950: Became Secretary and Treasurer of the National Coal Association, the Coal Exporters Association, Bituminous Coal Research, Inc. and Fuels Research Council.

1970: Becomes the Director of Government Relations for the U.S. Independent Telephone Association.

1976: Becomes Deputy Staff Director and Budget Officer of the Select Committee on Assassinations, U.S. House of Representatives, which investigated the assassinations of President John F. Kennedy and Martin Luther King.

Who is Kenneth A. Horowitz? 

Kenneth Horowitz operates several businesses from 496 N Lake Way, Palm Beach, Florida. This is the same business address listed for Michael and Charles De Bourbon.

Kenneth’s work history is interesting. His work history lists still active positions at Underwater Exploration Company, Pizza Manhattan Realty, Mijo Realty Mijodata Inc and a company called Bjmap, Inc.

Regardless of the potentially suspect names of several of these companies (such as Bjmap Inc); it is particularly interesting to take note of the Underwater Exploration Company as Ghislaine Maxwell’s TerraMar specialized in “saving the ocean”.

Who is James P Ivey?

James P Ivey is listed as representing Cemex in West Palm Beach (located at the same building address as Epstein’s “the C.O.U.Q Foundation”) and Cemex’s supply business in Houston. He also represents Charles Barnett’s Barnett Bank of Tampa as a registered agent. Keep in mind that Barnett Capital is also located in Texas.

This writer simply asks the question; why is the brother of current US President Biden associated with Charles D. Barnett? Why does former US President Trump maintain a relationship with the De Bourbon family? What were these “Helicopter Flight” businesses used for and why did they need a publishing business? Why are these businesses now archived/closed? 

It's a well-established fact that Little Saint James (Epstein's island) can only be accessed by helicopter or boat. This calls to question the use of this group of now inactive Helicopter/heliport development companies. Many individuals of royal decent maintained a relationship with Epstein and its been established that Epstein blackmailed extremely prominent individuals. 

It is apparent that this looks at Indyke’s network could present an in-depth explanation of the individuals implicated in and associated with Epstein and Maxwell’s child sex trafficking ring.

Reviewing this article; it’s hard not to question why Charles D. Barnett; who manages a company involved with education properties and childcare centers maintained a working business relationship with Darren Indyke. Why has there been no inquiry into these individuals clearly associated with Epstein’s executor Darren Indyke?
